When you send a report to us, it will be added to our reporting system. Our team members will take a look at your report as soon as possible and investigate the content.
During the investigation we may reach out to you and request additional information. If the report is valid then we will act accordingly.
Valid reports regarding the quality will be repaired as soon as possible if possible. In other cases the content will be put offline, either permanently or until the reported segments / photos are amended.
All reports will be reviewed and resolved within 7 business days. You will be notified when your report is resolved.
